The World Open Space on Open Space (WOSonOS) is a gathering of enthusiasts, neophytes, simply curious and all those interested in Open Space Technology– in and from different parts of the world. It is about Open Space Technology held entirely in Open Space.
Open Space Technology is a simple approach to facilitating and conferencing in which the participants set the agenda and conduct the meeting. Used thousands of times, open space technology ensures that issues are addressed if we care enough to put them on the table. The Philippines is home of the 24th WOSonOS, and SEAMEO INNOTECH is its special nook. The Center has embraced Open Space Technology, and slowly, has built its capacity on the use of the technology in organizing and facilitating conversations and conferences at the organizational, national and regional levels. And rightly so, as our programs, projects and practices have always been characterized by innovative approaches to learning and ways of engaging.
